We believe AI can make generosity smarter. As Applied AI Engineer at Cause Vision you will build the intelligence layer of our products: matching donors to causes, detecting fraud in giving flows, and powering the copilots our internal teams use every day.
You will design and ship LLM-powered features end to end — prompt and evaluation pipelines, retrieval systems over our impact data, and the Python services that run them in production. You know when a fine-tune beats a prompt, when a heuristic beats both, and how to measure the difference honestly.
You will join a team that ships to production weekly and treats evaluation as a first-class engineering artifact. Experience with the Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, vector stores, and classic ML fundamentals is what we are looking for; a portfolio of shipped AI features is worth more than papers.
