Cause Vision is ready to grow, and we need someone who can pour fuel responsibly. As Growth Marketing Manager you will own paid and lifecycle growth: acquisition campaigns, conversion funnels, and the analytics stack that tells us what is actually working.
You will run paid campaigns across the channels where crypto-curious, purpose-driven consumers live, build attribution and experimentation infrastructure, and partner with product on activation and retention. You have grown a consumer fintech or crypto product before, and you can defend every dollar of spend with a dashboard.
We care about growth that compounds — cohorts that stay, referrals that spread, and a brand that means something. Pure top-of-funnel mercenaries need not apply.
