Our impact scales through alliances: DeFi protocols that route yield to good causes, NGOs that receive and deploy funds transparently, and infrastructure partners that make it all move. Cause Vision is hiring a Partnerships & Integrations Lead to own this web of relationships.
You will identify and negotiate strategic alliances across the DeFi ecosystem and the nonprofit world, manage integration roadmaps with partner teams, and design partnership structures that align incentives for the long term. You are equally credible on a call with a protocol founder and an NGO program director.
Deep familiarity with the DeFi landscape and genuine fluency in how NGOs evaluate and adopt technology are both required. This is a rare role for someone who lives in both worlds.
